Talks on growth, platforms,
and the Baltic ecosystem.
This talk is based on years sitting between platforms and the companies building on them — while working at Google, and through Httpool's commercial partnerships with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Spotify, Reddit, Snapchat and other major social media platforms.
The companies I worked with at Httpool that scaled fastest weren't always spending the most. They had more clarity about who they were building for, how acquisition connected to their funnel, and where customers were dropping off.
The region that produced Skype, Wise, Bolt, and Pipedrive is disproportionately successful for its size. The reasons aren't obvious from the outside. This talk draws on years of working with Baltic founders — in how they hire, how they approach international expansion, and how they think about capital.
