I started at Google in Dublin, consulting digital advertising strategy for tech companies across the Baltic region.
From there I moved to Httpool — now part of Aleph Group — as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Startups across the Baltics and Nordics. Httpool is the exclusive commercial partner for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, etc in the region.
What I kept seeing was consistent. The companies that scaled had more clarity about who they were selling to, how acquisition connected to their full funnel strategy, and where retention was breaking. The constraint was almost always architectural — a gap in the approach. I started Growify to work on exactly those questions.
